titleOfInvention Method of preparing antigenic preparation for anticardial antibody assay
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparing ultrasonic homogenate of white rat heart, its concentration and insertion to the three-dimensional polyacrylamide gel structure. Granules containing homogenate and magnetic material were used for anticardial antibody assay in rheumatic patients. Method ensures to obtain positive results in 100% cases at increased antibody titers as compared with that by conventional method. EFFECT: improved early diagnosis.
