titleOfInvention Method of controlling process for preparing caprolactam by reaction of regrouping of cyclohexanoneoxime
abstract FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the total flow rate of cyclohexanoneoxime fed to both reactors is regulated, the ratio of total flow rate of cyclohexanoneoxime fed to both reactors and oleum fed the first reactor is regulated by varying the feed of the latter, the ratio of flow rates of cyclohexanoneoxime fed to both reactors is regulated by varying the feed of cyclohexanoneoxime to the first reactor, the temperature of the solution in both reactors is regulated, the content of moisture in cyclohexanoneoxime is measured and acidity of the solution in the second reactor is measured, the feed of oleum to the first reactor is corrected depending on the content of moisture in cyclohexanoneoxime, the feed of cyclohexanoneoxime to the first reactor is regulated and the total flow rate of cyclohexanoneoxime fed to both reactors is corrected depending on the content of moixture in cyclohexanone and acidity of the solution in the second reactor, and the temperature of the solution in the second reactor is regulated and the total flow rate of cyclohexanone fed to both reactors and acidity of the solution in the second reactor are corrected. EFFECT: more efficient control process. 4 cl, 1 tbl
