FIELD: inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting thermal decomposition of low-toxic, noncombustible, sulfur-containing cadmium compound (o-phenanthroline) bis (diethyldithiocarbamate) on heated substrate at source temperature of 200-250 C.
