FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing substance to be chelated and cyclodextrin at the ratio from 1:1 to 1:100, mixture extruding under pressure 0.5-10.0 MPa, at 40-150 C up to formation of clathrates and addition of hydrophilic fillers. EFFECT: sharp increase of chelating rate, utilization of friable materials. |
