abstract | FIELD: olefin polymerization. SUBSTANCE: catalyst for propylene polymerization has titanium tetrcresylate and tetrachloride added to carrier as solutions in inert hydrocarbon followed by washing prepared solid product by inert hydrocarbon. Carrier: product of preliminary interaction of porous silicon oxide treated with hexamethydylsilozane with alkoxymagnesium chloride, silicon tetrachloride in solution of inert hydrocarbon and trichlorosilane followed by separation and washing solid product at the following ratio of reaction mixture components, mmole/g silicon oxide: alkoxymagnesium chloride 1-10; silicon tetrachloride 0.5-25.0; trichlorosilane 0.075-3.750; titanium tetracresylate 0.1-1.0, and titanium tetrachloride 1-40. Catalytic system for propylene polymerization has catalyst containing titanium tetracresylate and tetrachloride added successively to carrier as solutions in inert hydrocarbon followed by washing prepared solid product with inert hydrocarbon. Carrier: as indicated above. System has cocatalyst: trialkylaluminium and dialkyldialkoxysilane at the following ratio of components, mol. p. : trialkylaluminium 80-160; dialkyldialkoxysilane 8-16, and catalyst (as measured for titanium) 1. Method of polypropylene producing by propylene polymerization involves the catalytic system consisting of catalyst, carrier and cocatalyst taken at component ratio described above.
