titleOfInvention Method for making metal picture on dielectric substrate
abstract FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: substrate is heated up to 130 - 200 C temperature during 2 - 15 min. A layer of light-sensitive semiconductor material is applied on the substrate. The layer is exposed to light through a template. Then the layer is treated by noble metal salt solution, and picture center is intensified by required metal in chemical neutralization solution. Then copper chemical precipitation is carried out. Zinc acetate saturated solution in ethyl alcohol is used as semiconductor photosensitive layer. EFFECT: high productivity.
