titleOfInvention Multilayer metal coat of package of s h f device
abstract FIELD: SHF equipment. SUBSTANCE: multilayer metal coat of package of SHF device has layers of nickel 0.8-2.0 μm thick, lower layers of gold and palladium 0.5-1.0 μm thick and upper layer of gold placed in sequence. Layer of silver is injected between lower layer of gold and layer of palladium. In this case lower layer of gold has thickness 0.1-0.6 μm and summary thickness of layers of silver and upper layer of gold lies within limits less or equal to d Ag + d Au , less or equal to where d Au is thickness of upper layer of gold, μm when 1.0 μm is less or equal to d Au , less than ; d Ag is thickness of layer of silver, μm; ω l is numerical value of lower frequency ω l =2πf l , f l (Hz) of working range of SHF device. EFFECT: decrease of electric losses on SHF in metal coat of package. 1 tbl
