Method for preparation of concrete mix plasticizer |
abstract |
FIELD: production of concrete and reinforced concrete articles and structures. SUBSTANCE: method involves sulfation of ethylene production waste on the base of naphthalene or ethylbenzene production waste, or styrene fractional distillation waste on the base of said product followed by condensing with formaldehyde at 110-140 C and neutralizing the resulting product. After introduction of plasticizer into concrete mix at the rate of 1.0% of cement weight the slump spread is 179 mm, concrete strength at the age of 28 days is 52.7 MPa. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl |
