abstract |
FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: desired product has essential formula C 15 H 28 O 2 . Isobutylene is used as reagent 1, menthyl being used as reagent 2. Their interaction is carried out at 105-120 C and pressure not more 4.0 MPa. The process takes place in the presence of carbon monoxide or synthesis gas at ratio 0.1-3. Catalytic system which contains PdCl 2 , PPh 3 and p-toluene sulfoacid at their molar ratio 1:4-6:8-14 or at molar ratio PdCl 2 (PPh 3 ) 2 :p-toluene sulfoacid 1:2-4:8-14 is proposed for said process.
