abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: strain P. putida ВКПМВ-4308 is deposited in Central Museum of Industrial Microorganism in institute VNII-Genetics at number ВКПМВ-4308. Strain stimulates the growth of technical, cereal and vegetable cultures, provides high growth rate (by 4-6 fold in separate cases). Strain does not show phytotoxicity or pathogenicity with regard to plants, does not decrease seed germination, shows stability in the soil and plant rhizosphere and can multiplicate under these conditions. Stimulating effect is attained by plant seeds soaking in strain suspension at concentration 1,5•10 6 -1,5•10 -7 cells per 1 g seeds. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of biostimulator. 7 tbl |
