titleOfInvention Method of flavine-adenine dinucleotide purification
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: product: flavine-adenine dinucleotide (FAD). The yield is 77.2% content of basic substance is 99.5% Reagent 1: FAD. Reagent 2: diethylaminoethyl-spherone in Cl - -form, ionic strength is 0.05-0.5 M and pH 3-5, and "Polysorb C". Reaction conditions: aqueous solution of FAD is passed through the column with adsorbents. Impurities were desorbed with buffer containing NaCl and CH 3 CO 2 Na, FAD is desorbed with NaCl at ionic strength 0.1-0.5 M, eluate is desalted and concentrated by 10-20-fold on the "Polysorb C". Crystalline FAD is isolated by precipitation with ethanol. FAD is used as pharmaceutical preparation for treatment patients with glaucoma, psoriasis, seborrhea, hereditary hemolytic anemia. EFFECT: improved method of purification. 1 tbl
