FIELD: ceramics. SUBSTANCE: charge has, wt.-% barium titanate 92.38-94.78; niobium pentoxide 0.93-1.6; bismuth titanate 1.1-1.35; lead titanate 1.85-2.5; zinc oxide 0.85-1.18; boron oxide 0.3-0.5; manganese carbonate 0.1-0.14, and cobalt oxide 0.19-0.35. Properties: decrease of caking temperature, increased dielectric constant. Material is used for making low-frequency ceramic capacitor. EFFECT: enhanced quality of charge. 2 tbl |
