SUBSTANCE: products: derivatives of triazinone of the formula (I) where R-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, R 1 -C 1 -C 4 -haloidalkyl, Q-CH(R 2 )C(R 3 )(R 4 )Q′ or CH = C(R 4 )Q′; R 2 hydrogen, halogen; R 3 halogen; R 4 hydrogen or lower alkyl, Q 1 -CO 2 H, CO 2 R 5 , CON(R 6 )(R 7 )CN, CHO, COR 5 where R 5 -C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, benzyl, each R 6 and R 7 independently each of other is hydrogen or radical C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, cyclopropyl, C 2 -C 4 -alkenyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, phenyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxycarbonyl-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, benzyl or SO 2 R 6 . R 6 differs of hydrogen or one of indicated radicals substituted with halogen atom, lower alkyl, cyano or salt of this compound base where Q′-CO 2 H. Herbicide composition prepared on the basis of derivative of the formula (I) at concentration 10-90 wt.-% and a method of weeds abolishing using compound of the formula (I) at concentration 0.0625-0.5 kg/ha.
