titleOfInvention Floor
abstract FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: floor has underlying concrete layer, priming layer and the coating made of epoxy compositions. The composition of priming layer comprises (per cent by weight): 82 82 epoxy resin, 4.2 8.7 dissolving agent, 4.2 8.7 curing agent. The coating is made of polymer-mineral skeleton, filled with epoxy composition of the following content (per cent by weight): 40 42 epoxy resin, 8.0 8.5 furfuryl alcohol, 24 25 sand, 16 marshalite, 3.8 4.0 curing agent, 3.5 3.8 painting agent, 0.6 - 0.8 lignosulfonate. In so doing, epoxy composition may have microalumina in 3 5 amount of the composition weight. Modulus of elasticity is 16-19ยท10 -3 , density is 1860-2000kg/m 3 . EFFECT: high stability. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
