abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing humoral media to optic range radiation and determining their absorption spectrum. Malignant nature of medium under investigation is considered to take place, if 600-900 nm antistokes luminescence zone is observed in spectral region. Device has radiation source, monochromator, collimating tube, light beam integration unit having cuvette with medium under study, radiation detector, recording unit, measuring transducer, conjunction unit, control pulse shaper, executive member which output is mechanically connected with monochromator and measuring transducer input is connected to radiation detector output, conjunction unit input/output is connected to recording unit input/output, all units being connected in series.
