Stabilizing system has 0.0005-0.01 mas. p. per 100 mas. p. polycarbonate at least one phosphorous acid diether and 0.001-0.08 mas. p. at least one compound taken from the group involving phenolic antioxidant, phosphorous acid triether, aromatic phosphonite. Composition is prepared by component mixing, granulation and granulate processing by casting under pressure. Composition is used for making structural articles.
