SUBSTANCE: method involves filling of temperature-controlled column of chromatograph with pulverized material, metering of samples of solutions of some hydrocarbons benzene sequentially admitted into column in carrier gas stream as boiling temperature of hydrocarbons rises, recording of chromatographic peaks by detector-katharometer; for determination, use is made of hydrocarbon solution in benzene approaching saturation; metering is made for each hydrocarbon by two samples of different volume and chromatographic peaks are recorded at several temperatures at which peak of hydrocarbon is not combined with benzene peak.
