titleOfInvention | Method and graduating solution for determining blood hemoglobin contents |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating blood sample with complexing reagent containing sodium dodecyl sulfate, measuring optical density of the solution at two different wave lengths which values are to be found in the range of 550-595 nm to determine hemoglobin contents from the measurements done. In performing measurements, complexing reagent is useable. The reagent has sodium dodecyl sulfate in the amount of 0.03-0.15% aqueous sodium chloride solution with pH 7-7.5. Graduating solution having predefined quantity of hemoglobin solved in complexing reagent containing sodium dodecyl sulfate is used in this method. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurements. 5 cl, 1 dwg |
