titleOfInvention | Method for production of peptides having high content of tryptophan |
abstract | FIELD: chemical and pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: fibrinogen is suspended in water and is consequently affected by acid, alkali and fermentative hydrolysis. Said processes are carried out at pH 2-3, 9.5-10 and 7-7.5 respectively within 10-12, 4-6 and 8-10 h respectively, temperature being 90-100, 80-90 and 37-40 C respectively. Trypsin is used as ferment, its quantity being 0.30-0.36 units per 1 mg of protein. Said ferment is inactivated within 15-20 min by heating. Hydrolyzate is centrifuged, supernatant liquid is precipitated by acetone and precipitate is dried. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
