titleOfInvention Method of synthesis of para-dioxanone
abstract FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: product: p-dioxanone. Standard copper-chrome catalyst BHX-103 containing about 65% Cu and about 45% Cr is used as a catalyst. Distillation of products during reaction is carried out by regulation of phlegm number or heating still intensity in order to bring about the temperature in vapors 195-200 C. Final purification of para-dioxanone is carried out by distillation under vacuum (2-3 mm mercury column) in the presence of boric acid. Purity degree of the product is 99.99% Method is used for monomer synthesis. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
