abstract FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: synthesis of a new water-binding agent of unspecified structure of dispersive alumosilicate systems such as a coordinated zinc chloride compound with a mixture of saturated (fatty) amines of the general formula: RNH 2 wherein R is C 17 -C 20 -alkyl with characteristics better than those of the prior art water-binding agents. The process is carried out by treating zinc chloride with a molten mixture of saturated (fatty) primary amines of the general formula: RNH 2 wherein R is C 17 -C 20 -alkyl at a zinc chloride to fatty amines molar ratio of (1.5-1.5): (1.0- 1.2).
