| abstract |
FIELD: processing poultry. SUBSTANCE: soft wastes of processing poultry are flooded by cold water at ratio 1:0.6-0.8. Ground raw potato having size 2-3 mm is then added into thus prepared mass, its quantity being 10-12 of said mass. The process is followed by mixing within 5-7 min, by packing and sterilization. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. |
