titleOfInvention Method for manufacture of lydasa
abstract FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in that frozen reproductive tissue of commercial fish species such as Salmonidae, Gadidae and Carandidae and that of walrus, seal, akiba, sea hare, fur seal, common seal, and ringed seal) is comminuted, extracted in 1.5 to 2.0 volumes of 0.1n acetic acid during 4 h at temperature of 4 to 10 C, and ballast products are separated. Further steps are ultrafiltration to step up specific activity of hyaluronidase 1.5 to 2.0 times, as compared with that of stock, sterile filtration of concentrate, bottling at dosage of 64 specific units, and sublimation. EFFECT: ecologically safe manufacture, more extensive stock base, higher yield of end product, and greater specific activity of desired product with lower net cost.
