abstract | FIELD: foundry practice. SUBSTANCE: mixture contains, wt.-%: dust-like waste of electrical steelmaking production, 0.5-1-8; dust-like waste of keramsite production, 0.3-1.0; alumochromephosphate binder (ACPB), 2.8-4.3; starch, 0.05-0.10; refractory filler based on silicon dioxide, the balance. The mixture is prepared by introducing an appropriate amount of waste of electrical steelmaking production, waste of keramsite production, starch and mixing them, then adding ACPB and, after mixing for 1.0-1.5 min, the mixture is ready for use. Introduction of dust-like waste of keramsite production, starch and dust-like waste of electrical steelmaking production into the mixture on ACPB produces the required technical result. EFFECT: higher gas permeability, improved sanitary labor conditions, reduced binder consumption. 2 tbl |
