abstract | FIELD: petrochemical and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: aromatic γ-Al 2 O 3 hydrocarbon fractions. The starting raw material includes phenol resin waste resulting from the production of phenol and acetone, 2-isopropylbenzene or a recirculate resulting from the production of phenol and acetone, catalysts have the following composition (wt %): (1) 0.75 Si-Pd; 5 crystalline magnesium silicate; up to 100 MoO 3 (2) 5 NiO 15 γ-Al 2 O 3 ; 10 crystalline magnesium (3) 45 ZSM-8 type zeolite; 1.0 ZnO: up to 100 γ-Al 2 O 3 1000; (4) 0.45 Pt; 0.25 Sn; 0.25 F; 5 zeolite 25M-8 or ZSM-23 type; and up to 100 γ-Al 2 O 3 . Conditions; the process is carried out subsequently by contacting the raw material with the four catalysts indicated above in two reactors. The catalyst weight ratios are 1:2, 1:9 and 3:4, 1:9; 300-380 C; 2.0 4.0 MPa, the raw material volumetric feed rate is 1,5-2,5 h -1 ; the phenol resin to recirculate volumetric ratio is 1:1, and the hydrogen to raw material volumetric ratio is (900-1600):1.
