abstract FIELD: production of ceramic articles. SUBSTANCE: proposed mixture contains powder of aluminium nitride, yttrium oxide, boron oxide and carbon. Heat conductivity of articles being manufactured of said mixture is 150-200 Wt/m K. Proposed method for desired article production involves mixing components, their dry grinding, formation of half-finished article followed by their calcination.
