titleOfInvention Method of manufacture of eucalimin
abstract FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in extracting eucalyptus groats prepared by sublimation of essential oil C 1 -C 3 by alcohols or chlorine-containing hydrocarbons taken in amount of 1:7 for dry groats or C 1 -C 3 with alcohols taken in amount of 1:14 for wet stock, evaporating extract, treating resulting product with sodium hydroxide, precipitating it with hydrochloric acid having pH value of 1.0, filtering off product, washing out, drying and freeing residue of aluminum oxide, eluating, evaporating, repeatedly precipitating with hydrochloric acid, washing and drying resultant product. EFFECT: economic use of processed stock and higher quality of end product.
