titleOfInvention Method of hydrothermal preparing of potassium silicate solution
abstract FIELD: inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of potassium hydroxide aqueous solution with quartz sand at heating in autoclave and the following interaction of prepared product with quartz which is calcined preliminary at 1200-1700 C in the presence of catalyst - alkali at heating in the same or in other autoclave up to the end product preparing. The following interaction is carried out at 200-230 C. Calcined quartz is fed for intraction at stoichiometric quantity or not more then at 100% excess. EFFECT: improved method of product preparing. 3 cl, 1 tbl
