titleOfInvention Thermoplastic composite pipe with reinforced shells
abstract The utility model is aimed at increasing the creep deformation resistance of the inner and outer shells of thermoplastic composite pipes, increasing the reliability of the fitting joints of composite pipes and increasing the abrasion resistance (abrasive wear resistance) of the inner and outer shells of thermoplastic composite pipes.n n n This task is achieved by making a composite thermoplastic pipe with reinforced shells, from an inner polymer shell of a thermoplastic polymer, a surrounding composite material consisting of a thermoplastic polymer and continuous unidirectional reinforcing fibers and an outer polymer shell. The inner polymer shell, composite material and outer shell are fused to each other by heating. Thermoplastic polymers of the inner and outer shells contain long-fiber reinforced thermoplastics with a length of reinforcing fibers from 2.0 to 20.0 mm in a volume fraction of 3 to 70%. 4 c.p. f-ly.
