abstract | FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: strain of yeast Candida tropicalis ВСБ-942 is obtained in the process of industrial selection at continuous cultivation of yeast strain Candida maltosa ВСБ-899 in the presence of wild yeast Candida tropicalis at temperature 32-39 C on n-paraffins with content of aromatic hydrocarbons 0.01-0.8%. Strain is deposited in Collection ВКПМ at number У-1987. Productivity of strain at cultivation on n-paraffins with 0.8% aromatic hydrocarbons is, g/l: at growth temperatures 34 C and 37-38 C 5.7-6.4 and 5.5-6.4, respectively. Strain properties: starch assimilation, raspberry color of colonies at growth on must-agar with triphenyltetrazolium chloride. Biomass yield is 103.3% of paraffin used, specific growth rate is 0.33 0,33h -1 , content of crude protein is 60.1%. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of strain. 6 tbl |
