abstract FIELD: veterinary virology. SUBSTANCE: vaccine contains inactivated viral suspension of canine adenovirus 2 serotype "Ada" strain with infection activity titer 10 4,5 -10 5,0 ТЦД 50/cm 3, inactivated viral suspension of feline pandeicopenia "Hannibal" strain with infection activity titer 10 4,0 -10 5,0 ИД 50/cm 3 and hemagglutinating activity 1:64-256 ГАЕ/ cm 3, viral material of strain ЭПМ with infection activity titer 10 3,0 -10 4,0 ТЦД 50/0,5cm 3, aluminium hydroxide, sorbitol-gelatinous stabilizing agent, distilled water and Henx solution. Formalin is used for viruses inactivation, and sodium metabisulfate is used for their neutralization. Preparation is administrated to dogs by intracutaneous or intramuscular injections once, and to puppies - twofold with interval 7-10 days at the dose 1-2 cm 3 .
