abstract | FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: dihydrochloride of 1,4-di{1-[N-(2-oxyethyl) amino] cyclohexyl-1} butadiene has essential formula C 20 H 34 C 12 N 2 O 2 , its melting point is 264-266 C. Yield is 74.2%. Dihydrochloride of 2,7-dimethyl-2,7-di [N-2- (oxyethyl)amino]-3,5-octadiene has essential formula C 14 H 26 C 12 N 2 O 2 , its melting point is 218-220 C. Yield is 87.2%. RR 1 C(NHCH 2 CH 2 OH) ≡ CH where RR 1 C-cyclohexyl, R=R 1 =CH 3 is used as reagent 1. Oxygen is used as reagent 2. Reaction is carried out in the presence of CuCl and NH 4 Cl within 13-16 h in the medium of H 2 O - C 2 H 5 OH. The process is followed by cooling to 0 - (-5) C and by treatment with 25% NH 4 OH within 1 h. After recrystallization thus prepared base is dissolved in ethanol and is treated by HCl to acid reaction. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product. 2 dwg, 8 tbl |
