abstract FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the cultivation of one of microorganism strain Streptomyces thermoarchaensis NCIB 12015, 12111, 12112, 12113 or 12114 under aerobic condition at 20-50 C and pH 5.5-8.5 for at least 2 days. Antibiotic is isolated from cultural fluid. Antibiotic formula is given in invention description. Antibiotic is purified by chromatography method if necessary. The end product shows antihelminthic activity. EFFECT: improved method of antibiotic preparing.
