abstract FIELD: nuclear technology. SUBSTANCE: measuring unit has three semiconductor detectors with different thickness and made of different materials; the detectors are located one under another. Each detector is connected in series with charge-sensitive amplifier and analog-to-digital converter, comparator, stretcher-amplifier, analog-to-digital converter. Outputs of above mentioned units are connected with data bus of single-crystal microcomputer. On-line memory, interface circuit, indication unit, control circuit, control board are connected with the microcomputer. The first control bus of single-crystal microcomputer is connected with on-line memory, interface circuit, indication unit, control board, control circuit and blocking inputs of charge-sensitive amplifiers of the first to the third channels correspondingly. The second control bus is connected with control circuit, data bus of single-crystal microcomputer, plate of the comparator and stretchers-amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters of the first to the third channels correspondingly.
