titleOfInvention Method of thermal treatment of polymeric honeycomb plastic on the base of phenol-type binder
abstract FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: components of the material are heated from temperature to 118-122 C at rate v 1 = 0,8-1,2 ° C/min of and held during 58-62 minutes. After that the material is heated till maximal hardening of the sample at rate v 2 = 1,8-2,2 ° C/min accomplished with permanent measured of electric conductivity G and loss tangent of a dielectric tgδ. Heating at sample maximal hardening temperature is stopped when constant values G and tgδ are reached. Characteristics of material are the following: time of thermal treatment 215 minutes, degree of hardening - 96%. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 tbl
