FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: DNA fragment encoding polypeptide showing nitrile hydratase activity is prepared from the bacterial cells Pseudomonas chlororaphis B23. This nitrile hydratase shows capability to hydrate nitriles to amides. Recombinant DNA containing this gene and transformant formed by transformation of strain E. coli with recombinant DNA were prepared. Invention involves also a method of nitrile hydratase preparing using this transformant. EFFECT: preparing of DNA fragment indicated above. 5 cl, 10 dwg |
