titleOfInvention | Method for diagnosing ischemia |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, particularly, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: this method includes such steps as making electrocardiogram, recording first ECG derivative in several leads with peresophageally stimulating auricles, and then calculating myocardium excitability index, that is, ratio between amplitude of spike R of first ECG derivative and amplitude of spike R of ordinary electrocardiogram. EFFECT: disclosed method allows diagnosing ischemia when myocardium excitability index tends to diminish. |
