Used as antibacterial substances are dioxidine, zinc sulfate and cobalt sulfate in the following amounts, mas.%: dioxidine 0.05-0.1; zinc sulfate 0.11-0.44; cobalt sulfate 0.12-0.38; dibunol 0.05-0.1; chymotrypsin 0.005-0.01; zinc oxide 45.0-50.0; the balance, oil solution of vitamin E. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment and reduced complications in treatment of paradontitis. 1 tbl
