abstract | FIELD: plastic working of metals. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing part in a single working stroke of press. Intermediate billet is at first produced by direct extrusion through die onto mandrel with reduced friction force on outer surface of extruded portion of intermediate billet, with part of its bottom being left in die.
