FIELD: immunotherapy. SUBSTANCE: exopolymer is glycoprotein isolated from the strain of Bifidobacterium infantis longum deposited in Pasteur Institute at number 1-885. Exopolymer properties: molecular mass is 10000-100000 D, it can form aggregate with molecular mass of order 10 6 D in equilibrium with particles of lower molecular mass, its polysaccharide component consists of the glucose and galactose at the ratio (1-4):1, and protein fraction is 30% of exopolymer mass. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of exopolymer. 10 tbl |
