FIELD: preparation of coatings. SUBSTANCE: the catalytic system comprising a compound selected from the group consisting of tin mercaptides, dialkyltin dicarboxylates, a complex of dialkyltin dicarboxylate and dialkyltin oxide, basic bismuth dicarboxylate, and a complexing agent selected from the group consisting of trimethylhylolpropane-tri-3-mercaptopropionate), pentaerythritor tetra-3-mercaptoacetate)glycol-di-3-mercaptopropionate, glycol- di-(3-mercaptoacetate) trimethylolpropane trithioglycolate, mercaptodidiethyl ether, ethane dithiol, thioacetic acid, 2-mercathioethanol, 2,3-dithioglycerol and polyphenol, at a molar ratio of mercaptogroups or phenol groups of the complexing agent to the catalyst metal ion of from 5.6:1 to 400:1 respectively is used for preparing a polyurethane coating based on a composition comprising polyol and polyisocyanate in an amount that maintains the ratio of the NCO/OH groups from 1:2 to 2:1, respectively and that of the catalyst from 0.0001 to 1.0% of this amount. EFFECT: improved properties of the catalyst system and greater efficiency of the process. 4 cl, 3 tbl |
