SUBSTANCE: product: 3-O-[2-O- (N-b-D- glucopyranosyluranoyl -L-aspartic acid dimethyl ether)-N-b -D-glucopyranosyluranoyl -L-aspartic acid dimethyl ether]- (3b,20b)-11,30-dioxo-30 -(N-L-aspartic acid dimethyl ether)- 30-norolean-12-en, yield is 76.0%, value [α] 2 D 0 = +60 degree (c = 0.02 in methanol), empirical formula is C 60 H 89 N 3 O 25 . Reagent 1: β-glycyrrhizic acid. Reagent 2: L-aspartic acid dimethyl ether. Conditions: in the medium of dry dioxane in the presence of N-hydroxysuccineimide and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide following by addition of triethylamine. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 1 tbl
