abstract | FIELD: production of catalytic system for (CO)polymerization of olefins. SUBSTANCE: method for production of catalytic system for (CO)polymerization of alphaolefins by reaction of hydrocarbon solution of magnesium compound taken from group including magnesium chloride, α - magnesium dialkoxy and C 2 -C 10 - alkoxy magnesium chloride, liquid compound of titanium of general formula C 1 -C 10 where R is Ti(OR) g Cl 4-g - alkyl, g = 0.1 or 4 and, at least, one electron-donor compound taken from group including C 1 -C 10 - monocarboxylates, aliphatic C 2 -C 20 - carboxylic acids, anhydrides of C 1 -C 10 - carboxylic acids, C 2 -C 10 - ketones, aliphatic C 3 -C 15 - ethers, aliphatic C 3 -C 15 - carbonates, C 3 -C 15 - monoethers of ethylene glycol and C 3 -C 10 - organic phosphates to form solid product A. In this case, introduced during formation of solid product or after it, is ester of C 1 -C 10 - dicarboxylic acid with subsequent addition of alumoorganic compound B and C 8 -C 30 - siloxane (C component) and the process is carried out at mole rations: ester C 4 -C 20 of dicarboxylic acid: magnesium compound from 0.05:1 to 0.50: 1; electron-donor compound: magnesium compound from 0.05:1 to 0.50:1; titanium compound: magnesium compound from 2:1 to 2 C 8 -C 30 :1; component C: component B from 0.05:1 to 3:1.
