Complex metal oxide material comprises 4.0 - 30.0 wt. per cent of FeO; 5.0 - 40.0 wt. per cent of Fe 3 O 4 ; 1.0 - 20.0 wt. per cent of Fe 2 O 3 ; 10.0 - 90.0 wt. per cent of MgO.
