abstract | FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: copolymerization of olefins with carbon monoxide is carried out by continuous method. Catalytic system consists of catalyst - complex of metal VIII group salt and bidentate ligand containing phosphate-, nitrogen- and sulfur-containing dentate groups, and compound containing acid anion with pK value up to 4. At the initial period ratio of catalyst rate feeding to diluent rate feeding is increased gradually up to the value need for stationary period by increase of catalyst rate feeding and/or decrease of diluent rate feeding. At stationary period suspension concentration is 14-17.9%, time contact in reactor is 8.9-12.2 h. Methanol is used preferably as diluent. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 3 cl |
