SUBSTANCE: product - {3-[N-(2-hydroxy-5-isononylbenzyl)-N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-- amino] -propyl} trimethylammonium-O-methylphosphonate of the formula I (image), empirical formula is C 28 H 56 N 3 O 4 P, yield is quantitative. Reagent 1: (CH 3 O) 2 P(OH). Reagent 2: compound of the formula III (image). Reaction conditions: at 65-70 C. EFFECT: enhanced quality of addition agent indicated above. 2 tbl |
