Drug stimulating reparative regeneration of tissues |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: quaternary ammoniacal salt of conidine (oligomer-25), heparin antagonist, is used for stimulating reparative regeneration of injured tissues. It has been found that single administration of this drug in dose of 2 to 4 mg/kg of animal body mass accelerates recovery of liver after acute toxic affection by CCl 4 . Wound cover resulting from introducing disclosed stimulator into collagen stimulates adhesion of full-layer incised wounds. Adhesion acceleration index of disclosed drug accounts for 100 % as compared to 36 % of collagen sponge "Combutec" and 20 % of "Meturacol" sponge. EFFECT: more effective medicinal preparation. 4 tbl |
