titleOfInvention Method of modelling of plague microbe block-forming
abstract FIELD: medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of microbial suspension to the medium of aggregation activation following by microscopic examination. The medium of block-forming activation: liquid nutrient medium with hemolyzed blood at the ratio (1:5)-(1:10). Then suspension is incubated for 18 h at 28 or 37 C, and microscopic examination of smears which are prepared from this liquid culture is carried out in the process of aggregate formation after 5-6, 11-12 and 17-18 h. EFFECT: improved method of modelling. 1 tbl
