SUBSTANCE: for readying patient for narcosis using barbituric acid medicines, this method prescribes infusing fresh-conserved donor blood in amount of 5 to 15 ml/kg by mass from 25 to 40 min before administering anesthetic. EFFECT: disclosed method permits reducing toxicity of anesthetic and period of reflex recovery. |
