titleOfInvention | Method of preventing acute external otites in aquanauts exposed to long-term hyperbaric effect |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, particularly, sphere of investigation of diving after-effects. SUBSTANCE: essence of this invention resides in that in order to enhance diver's safety and prevent emergence of infectious inflammatory processes usually provoked by Ps. aeruginosa pyocyanic bacteria in acoustic canal, mineral carbon sorbent treated with gentamicine antibiotic must be administered into acoustic canal once per three days starting from instant of attainment of maximum depth and until termination of decompression. EFFECT: provision of adequate life support, enhanced divers' safety and reduced possibility of emergence of external otites of pyocyanic origin during (up to 36 days) exposure to oxygen helium atmosphere at pressure of up to 5.1 MPa. |
